These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the services provided by uxBrosha (“I”, “me”, “my”), a self-employed freelance designer based in Armenia, working with international clients.

By accessing this website or using my services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

I provide professional digital services, including but not limited to:

  • UX/UI design

  • Website and landing page design

  • Mobile application design

  • Design audits and consultations

  • Mentorship and educational services

  • Digital products (guides, checklists, downloadable materials)

All services are provided online and tailored individually to each client.

Project Initiation

Submitting a form, message, or inquiry through this website or any other communication channel does not constitute a binding agreement.

A project is considered confirmed only after:

  • the scope of work is agreed upon,

  • payment terms are accepted, and

  • the required prepayment is received.

Payments & Pricing

Pricing may be based on:

  • fixed project fees,

  • milestone-based payments,

  • hourly rates.

Payment terms:

  • 50% prepayment is required for client projects unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • 100% prepayment is required for mentorship programs, consultations, and educational services.

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital and custom services:

  • refunds are not guaranteed,

  • completed work and delivered services are non-refundable,

  • cancellations after the project has started may require full or partial payment for work already completed.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights remain with me until full payment is received.

After full payment:

  • the client receives usage rights to the final approved deliverables,

  • ownership does not include preliminary concepts, drafts, or unused materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

I reserve the right to:

  • showcase completed projects in my portfolio,

  • use project materials or fragments in case studies, presentations, and marketing materials.

Client Responsibilities

The quality and outcome of the services depend on:

  • timely feedback and approvals,

  • clarity and completeness of requirements,

  • availability of necessary materials,

  • decisions made by the client.

Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and final results.

No Guarantees

I do not guarantee specific business, financial, or commercial results.

Outcomes may be influenced by:

  • client decisions and actions,

  • third-party platforms or services,

  • market conditions,

  • technical limitations beyond my control.

Third-Party Services

I am not responsible for the performance, availability, security, or policies of third-party tools, platforms, hosting providers, or services used or integrated into a project.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

  • loss of data, revenue, or business,

  • issues arising from third-party services or client actions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
